Constructed in 2004, Brooks Place offers gracious accomodations and friendly professional staff members whose most important goal is to make you feel at home. Our community is located within walking distance of retail centers, banks, grocery stores, churches and entertainment. Clark Regional medical Center, Winchester's hospital, is less than 5 minutes from Brooks Place, and police and fire departments are also within a two mile radius of our facility.
Our retirement living lifestyle is designed for those who want to retire to a community which will give them the opportunity to transition from independent lifestyle in one of our cottages to an assisted living suite, without ever leaving the community.
