Is Rose Mary C. Brooks Place a not for profit organization?
Yes, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality senior living services at a great value.
What dining options are available?
Residents enjoy home-cooked meals prepared fresh daily in the Keeneland Dining Room. We offer open seating, allowing residents to dine at their convenience and with companions of their choice. Assisted living resident meals are included in monthly rent and can be for dine in/delivery. Independent living residents can purchase meals in the Keeneland Dining Room or meal delivery.
What types of activities are offerred?
We provide a wide range of activities, including exercise classes, yoga, bingo, Bible study, bridge club, trivia, picnics, live music, book clubs, theme parties, and special events, ensuring residents have ample opportunities for engagement and socialization. Church services are also held every Sunday.
What is the cost range for assisted living?
Because of our not for profit status, we are able to provide a great value for seniors with apartments starting at $3,550/month. Brooks Place includes all care for assisted living residents in the monthly rental rate which means it’s a great value for seniors while providing quality care.
What is the process for admission?
Independent Living — Requires a deposit to be added to the cottage waiting list. Call for wait list information as it often varies.
Assisted Living — Deposit required, functional needs assessment required. Call for more information!
